This FAQ is related to Personal account and Hosted software subscription services. Contents may change due to service terms change or software updates without any notice.
Personal account
Account registration takes just several minutes. Trial period starts at the moment of adding object to account. Every added object can be used for 14 days. You will have access to all features without any limits during trial period.
After trial period expiration object status changes to inactive. To continue using our service, subscribe to Personal account plan or request an individual quote. If objects are not activated within 30 days, account and associated data will be deleted from our service.
Each subscription plan contains the number of licenses that can be used for object activation. One license allows to activate one object for one year. Unused subscription plan licenses never expire and can be used at any time.
Subscription plan is assigned to your account, however under certain circumstances you can request to move it to a new account, just contact us.
Sometimes GPS device can be lost, damaged or broken, don’t worry, you can delete if safely. License won’t be lost, it will be automatically brought back to billing section, including period left.
An unlimited number of subscription plans can be assigned to the same account.
There are two ways to order subscription plan:
- Buy plan in personal account section. Purchased plan will be added to account during 24 hours.
- Buy plan in your account. Press green button (Billing) in top right corner of account. Plan will be automatically added to account within couple of minutes.
Hosted software
The difference between plans are subscription period and number of objects that can be connected to the server. For example if H100 plan is purchased, that allows connection up to 100 devices to server. Customer pays fixed-price regardless of whether the capacity of the plan is fully or only partially used.
Hosted software will be prepared and activated within 24 hours if payment is received from Monday to Friday. If payment is received during the weekend, it will be prepared and activated following Monday. All access details will be sent via e-mail.
Yes, it can be upgraded at any time, just contact us.
We undertake all technical aspects, while you will be able to concentrate on your core business. Hosted software is always updated to latest versions. It is hosted on fast and scalable servers which guarantee 99.99% uptime. Backups are taken every 12 hours. Additionally we provide priority 24/7 support to every customer request.
Hosted software plan includes OSM and OpenSeaMap maps which are free to use. However if you would like to use additional maps like Bing, Google, ArcGIS or Yandex – you should subscribe and purchase API keys from map providers.
Hosted software plan does not include geocoder service – you should subscribe and purchase API keys from geocoder providers.
